Leadership topic - Hope

Is it simply wishful thinking, or do you have a confident rope pulling you into a future that you desire for you and your team?

A friend contributed a beautiful (and Biblical) definition of Hope to start the week out well. That “rope” has helped pull me through the week and a season where Hope was about all I had as we tried to “get the Elephant to Dance” from manufacturing and into marketing. Come back next week as we head from Hope to Change (to borrow a phrase…) but stay with Santana who a few changes of his own coming…
