Leadership topic - Change

We want it so much… for others. How do we embrace it, and the incumbent disruption to all we know, for what we want.. or at least think we do?

Continuing the focus on Santana, Change takes us on a fun journey round trip back to the band he started with… and forces me to actually think more deeply about Change for me – both then, and now. Thanks for your help and feedback through the journey – always, but particularly this week, I have grown my own support team and workflow 😉
